The 180 sqm, traditional and yet modern villa is located in a quiet and idyllic location on a slight hill overlooking the mountains and the surrounding nature reserve. Here you can escape the hectic everyday life and enjoy the tranquility. From here you have an ideal starting point to discover the region between Malaga and Granada. The nearby airport in Malaga is about 70 km away and easily accessible by car. A contact person is also on site. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed and receive a brief handover and information about the shopping possibilities in the vicinity. The villa offers upscale amenities, attractive decor with modern flat screen TVs, underfloor heating on the ground floor, music system, fireplace in the living room and studio. In the spacious living area with open kitchen and seating for up to 8 people, glass doors lead to the terrace, where you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the view. For the active, the 7,000 square meter fully fenced property has its own hard court tennis court (tennis rackets and balls are available for free). Afterwards, you can cool down in the 12x5 meter heated pool and relax in the garden chairs or the hammock. There is also an on-site hot tub with a magnificent view of the mountains.
