Summary: The hotel is in a dramatic location and its warm and cozy while the wind and rain is battering outside (we had a storm while we were there). However, there are too few staff and that affects the quality of service. They're doing their best, but service at breakfast and dinner is slow and the staff don't seem happy at all. Our room was well appointed and spacious but the beds were extremely hard and we didn't sleep well for 3 nights. We still have muscular aches now because of the beds even though we've been home a night. Parking is limited and the general public park on both sides of the road leading up to the hotel, creating traffic congestion, so its problematic to leave and return during the day. Great location, hotel could be so much better.
