Positive: The hotel is beautiful with a very big garden The location is great to whoever want to be in a quiet place not in the center of the city with a great view to the ocean Great pools, mini golf, garden, very nice and lovely atmosphere Hotel resturant is very nice with pretty much variety and tasty food- but they must have a better attitude to food alergies- this is frustrating, uncomfortable and can be dangerous

Negative: Management- the hotel belong to Precise boutique hotels, you can do a lot better based on your other hotels, since the hotel is beautiful with a lot of potential but the cleaning/maintence and attitude to guests requests must be a lot better I don't want to just give a low score- but you must improve! Please contact me - I'll be happy to explain and show many things, it's is very sad since the hotel can be really great and has a very high potential but you must try harder and better , especially that we came and ask this few times from the team (which were lovely but almost nothing was done..)
