Charming rural house for 4 people
This rural house has central heating and is very well located in the hamlet of El Almendral, Zafarraya (Granada).
With a maximum of 4 people in two bedrooms, both with two single beds, you will be able to enjoy a peaceful rest after your excursions or a family day out.
The cottage has its own entrance that leads out onto the street where Tita Elvira's group of houses is located. There is also an interior courtyard which can be accessed through the kitchen of the gîte.
Please note that this house does not have a swimming pool.
The central heating is present throughout the accommodation, which together with the wooden floors in the bedrooms will make your rest and stay in them much more pleasant. There is also a beautiful wood-burning cooker in the lounge-dining room where you can relax and watch TV, which will heat the room naturally.
The cottage has two floors, from the main entrance you will find a lounge ideal for resting, watching television and relaxing. Following this rest and family area, you will have a kitchen and dining table. With enough electrical appliances and kitchenware to make the preparation of your lunches comfortable. Please note that there is no dishwasher.
Going up the stairs to the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with single beds and windows to the outside. They are separated from each other, in that distance we will have a bathroom with bathtub.
