Summary: We had a great week at Couhourg last week. We were 15 (from 9 to 74) and the house was large enough, the number of bedrooms largely sufficient and the accommodation as well the possible activities (ping pong-billard-pétanque-swimming-pool...) . At 1/2 hour distance, possibilities of nice visits-wineries-citadel of Blaye...A bit further the incredible visit of the lighthouse of Cordouan (from Le Verdon-sur-Mer). We warmly recommend it. The Lakes with great aquatic activities at Bombannes and the beach (surfboard, aqua park...) for all ages, ....Bordeaux was at 1/2 hour distance with parking systems (P/R at 3,50 per day 7 bus tickets) and very nice monuments Above all, the landlady, Céline, was very friendly, very helpful and very responsive to solve minor problems or give advice for a doctor... The house had a really charming little old-fashioned style. Thank you , Céline, for this nice stay at your home, for your kindness and your benevolent presence. You made our stay fantastic ;-)
