This bright and spacious duplex apartment, located in the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, is recently refurbished with finest finishings and materials.
Starting in this 2020 season, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).
A private parking in front of the house, guarantees an easy arrival to the property - once arrived the walking distance to the beach, restaurants and little shops is only 5 minutes through a little staircase.
The whole duplex is equipped with an efficient aire condition system in living - as well as sleeping areas for maximum comfort. The property consists of a bright living- and dining room, directly connected with a furnished terrace with sea and mountain views. On the same floor is located a fully equipped and modern kitchen and a separate WC.
A staircase leads to a mezzanine where a 1.60 m double bed is located. Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where you can find two double bed rooms, as well as a fully equipped and modern bathroom. The location is very calm and offers the perfect spot for relaxed vacations. Free Wifi is available in the whole property.

About the surroundings, Sa Riera is located in a quiet and secluded bay on the Costa Brava, near the nearby towns of Palafrugell and Begur. Originally a small fishing village, Sa Riera has not developed too much and has retained its individuality and charm. It can be reached by road from Begur and Pals and there is also a pleasant walk along the cliffs from Platja de Pals, the next resort along the coast. Sa Riera is typical of the many small coves nestled between steep pine-covered cliffs that cascade down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea that have made the area famous for its exceptional beauty.
