The rural house of Can Girmas dates from 1843 and has been completely renovated in 2018 by the ES-PAI architecture studio, to convert it into tourist accommodation. In the rehabilitation the typological elements of the traditional construction were conserved at the same time that it was endowed with light and illumination, utility natural materials and respectful with the environment. Providing spaces of warmth and light without losing the traditional character.
The house is located in the middle of Navata, village of Alt Empordà that has about a thousand inhabitants and is a few minutes from the capital, Figueres. A privileged place halfway between the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava and the mountains of La Garrotxa.
