Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Portofino. The resort is very large, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Mr. Sayed for his kindness, professionalism and excellent service — he truly made our stay even better. We enjoyed the variety of pools, especially the heated ones, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was good, and the different theme nights added a nice touch to our experience. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and efforts of the entire team. It was a memorable holiday for us, and we would definitely consider returning.
