Positive: Title: A truly 5-star experience – Exceptional service! I want to leave another positive review for the Portofino, where I stayed for four days. I had a wonderful time there with my 16-year-old son; everything was absolutely perfect. The most impressive part was the hospitality. From the reception desk to the waitstaff, everyone was smiling and dedicated to satisfying every guest's request with total patience. Having traveled to thirty different countries for my business, I can tell you it is rare to see a staff so devoted to their work. Even when dealing with very difficult guests, the staff remained professional and never lost their composure. I want to give a special thanks to Hassan, who took care of us throughout our entire trip. He helped us find great restaurants and assisted with everything we needed. It was truly 5-star service. After staying here, I moved to two other much more famous hotels, but the service didn't even come close, and I actually regretted leaving. Next time, I will spend my entire trip at the Portofino. It is a magnificent place that has everything needed to make anyone happy. Go there without hesitation—you will have a wonderful trip
