The property is located next to the popular Mateos Gago street, right next to the Giralda and the Cathedral of Santa María de los Reyes. It is a charming two-bedroom flat, located in a newly built building that preserves the charm of the Sevillian architecture on its exterior and façade and when opening its doors it surprises with a modern interior full of features.
The flat is situated on the 1st floor of a two-storey building. On the third floor there is a large terrace which is shared with the flat on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by stairs or lift.
Located in the same street that bears his name, Abades I and corner with Mateos Gago, it is difficult to be more central than this comfortable apartment.The entrance hall leads to the kitchen and a corridor around which the rest of the rooms are distributed.
