Summary: Lacronan is of course a treasure, and, perhaps not unsurpisingly, is determined to keep cars out, even though there is a small hotel car park available for a few fortunate guests. Our route to the hotel, which is perhaps 200 metres from the central square, was barred by ongoing work to pedestrianise the area immediately adjacent to the hotel. Whilst the hotel staff were very helpful face to face, a note on the booking confirmation or website explaining the current access challenges would have been appreciated. The studio, in which we stayed, would have made a perfect base for a longer stay to explore the surrounding area in more depth.
