Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete my stay due to the fact that the room(s) we were offered did not have air conditioning. The dates I chose coincided with an exceptional high heat wave pushing temperature well over 42c, which made the rooms unbearably hot and impossible to remain there. The staff were exceptionally supportive and understood the problem and genuinely very kind. I regret not be able to stay because the hotel looked very nice. I want to go back when the conditions are more favourable.
