The spectacular modern style villa, consists of the first floor, pool and terraces level, where 4 large bedrooms are located, all with bathroom and independent, the entrance hall connects us with a spectacular living room kitchen of 50 square meters, just in front of the living room we have access to a lot of terraces and pool, all on the same level, no steps to climb any bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or pool, is at street level.
In the upper part of the house we have a multipurpose room, to be able to be bedroom with bathroom, it is also a games room, with pool table, on this floor we also have a ping pong table and a cinema room.
It is located in a privileged location, with unbeatable views and only 250 meters from the nearest beach, the views are incredible both the sea and the mountains, the measures of the picscina are 10 meters long by 5 meters wide, 4 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views, is a walk from the beach bar "tito yayo" and 5 minutes drive from the center of town.
