18th century house located in Sobrestany, in the Empordà area, within the Montgrí Natural Park and on the Costa Brava. The beaches of L'Escala and Empúries are only ten minutes away by car. Surrounded by fields and forests, in a rural setting with typical stone houses at the end of a local road, it is ideal for family holidays. And it is also close to urban centers with all the services you may need: supermarkets, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

The house has 180 square meters of living space and very spacious rooms. It is renovated and has all the amenities you could want, heating and air conditioning. It also has board games, pin-pon, bicycles and barbecue. It is sunny and has a pleasant patio, a balcony and a chillout terrace with views of the Empordà landscape. It is a cozy and bright house, with a special charm. The rooms are decorated with colonial furniture and antiques.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fireplace, a double room with bathroom, and a single room, in addition to the patio with barbecue. On the upper floor there are the kitchen, the dining room with fireplace, a bathroom, a large room with two rooms, with two single beds in each of them, and a balcony.
