This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom semi detached family villa has its own private pool - It is situated on the edge of town and sleeps 6/8 comfortably. There are 2 double bedrooms one with an extra sofa bed , balcony with sea views and en-suite the other with Juliet balcony. The other bedroom has twin beds and has sea views overlooking the pool. We have excellent WI - FI and full Air conditioning throughout. There is a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms ( one en-suite) and a large living dining room with sofa bed, dining table and flat screen TV . There are well furnished terraces to the front and to the rear with garden and private pool, outdoor fridge, shower and BBQ etc. There is a completely separate apartment beneath which has a different entrance and has no access to garden, terraces, pool or other areas etc and is rarely occupied. There is adequate free parking opposite off our quiet road. We are approximately 15 mins walk down into the lively Spanish town of Torre del Mar with all its amenities, beach front bars and many authentic Spanish restaurants and Chiringuitos etc We are also close to the Water park ( Aquavelis) and a large air conditioned shopping centre with Cinema and food hall. The bus station is only a 10 minute walk with regular buses to Malaga City (40 mins ) or Nerja ( 30 mins ) There is always lots going on with plenty of local Ferias, markets and events including the music festival and the International airshow.
