El Cortijuelo is an authentic Andalusian farmhouse, more than 150 years old, which, with great enthusiasm, dedication and effort, has been completely restored with great care and turned into a rural house, maintaining its original structure and charm.
The accommodation houses inside four independent and fully equipped Rural Housing Units, each of which preserves the original charm of the time and an exquisite decoration pampering even the smallest detail.
In the common areas there is the swimming pool, the garden with fruit trees, several barbecues, outdoor furniture, porch with bar and beer tap that is isolated from the cold in winter, patios, ping-pong table, children's area, bicycles and large outdoor recreation areas.
It is located in the middle of nature, on the border of the fertile plain of Granada and the West of Granada, hence its wonderful views of Sierra Nevada, the Vega de Granada and the Sierra de Parapanda. This location makes it, surely, the best located accommodation within the region.
Being isolated but a few meters from the town of Escóznar you can enjoy the peace that the environment provides, without giving up the advantages that the town offers, where all the necessary services are found.
Surrounded by paths, fully enabled, it is ideal for long walks or riding a bike and visiting all the small towns in the region, being a few kilometers away from each other.
We offer an ideal accommodation alternative for families or groups that require different services and spaces than those offered by any rural house in the area.
THE CORTIJUELO
It was the main house of the farmhouse, in it the owners spent the summers in direct contact with all the farm laborers and workers.
It is a stately house that preserves all the charm of the time, large, 200m2 useful, it is ideal for quality rural tourism.
It has a capacity of 10 people, with the possibility of extra beds. It consists of two floors that are distributed in four bedrooms -two doubles and two triples-, two bathrooms, a toilet, a spacious kitchen with a fireplace and a large living room with three rooms, a beautiful hanging fireplace in the center and large windows overlooking the garden and countryside and large private patio with table and stone benches.

El Cortijuelo, located about 500 meters from a small town in the province of Granada, has an area of 2,000 m2 of which approximately 1,000 m2 belong to the four rural houses it has, not including the large porches with that we count.
The houses surround a beautiful patio and garden, with a typical Andalusian decoration and in it is the outdoor pool, barbecue area, children's area, ping-pong table, large porch with poolside snack bar, garden furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas for the pool, great diversity of plants, flowers and fruit trees.
