Positive: Very nice hosts, explained everything clearly. Best price to quality ratio. Pretty cheap apartment in comparison with others and I did not expect luxury. It's really sufficient for having a good rest for numerous people, spend nice evenings, prepare some food and even make laundry. Also, location is fantastic, 20 minutes walk from the busy touristic city center, which makes it perfect for not-so-crowdy beach and park, and also amazing coffee places around, very nice lunch places, tapas places, supermarkets, etc. I totally recommend this place to stay in Malaga for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic local life.

Negative: The building is not very modern, but it is not a problem knowing that the price is really affordable. And it has 2 elevators, which is good.

Summary: Awesome price to quality ratio, nice hosts, perfect location for the feeling of living as the locals
