Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Julieta is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
This exquisitely renovated townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors, offering spacious, beautifully appointed living areas that balance comfort with understated luxury. The lounge and open-plan kitchen open through French doors onto a private terrace, featuring a cozy seating area, alfresco dining table, and BBQ. The terrace can be fully shaded, creating a versatile space for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a Nespresso coffee machine, combining functionality with elegance.
The ground floor also houses a charming bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, conveniently serving as a guest powder room. On the first floor, the grand master suite features a separate dressing area and en-suite shower, complemented by two additional spacious bedrooms—each with twin beds—that share a stylish family bathroom with shower.
The upper level offers a further king-size guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, alongside a second living area with a kitchenette. From here, a roof terrace provides breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and sea, complete with an alfresco dining area perfect for sunset meals.
Casa Julieta enjoys a prime location on Marbella’s Paseo Marítimo. Guests can easily stroll to the port, the charming old town with its traditional bars and restaurants, or westward to the iconic Marbella Club and the fashionable Puente Romano Hotel and Spa.
