For larger purchases or a wider variety of shops and supermarkets, Ciutadella is about a 20 minute drive away. If you d like to explore other beaches in southern Menorca, in about 35 minutes by car you can reach well known coves such as Son Saura, Cala en Turqueta, or Macarella. Plus, the Camí de Cavalls, the historic trail that circles the island, is just a 3 minute walk away.
To get around Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch, you can walk, take public transportation, or drive a private vehicle. These areas are easy to navigate on foot and have nearby amenities. However, to explore Menorca s various coves and points of interest, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorcycle.
