The apartment has a living room, with 55" Smart TV with satellite (English, German, French, Dutch channels etc), as well as air conditioning, and stunning sea views from anywhere in the living room. It has a sofa bed (1.50 m) to comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 guests in total (on request, as it carries a supplement for bed linen as well as occupancy). Kitchen composed of ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender. It has a small room that hides and is independent of the living room through several sliding doors with a double bed of 1.50 meters.
The urbanization has a communal pool open in summer season, as well as large communal garden areas. In the surroundings there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus stops, as well as the promenade and the beach, all within walking distance of the accommodation.

The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.
