The kitchen, separated from the living room by a brick bar, has old brick furniture and wooden doors, complemented by hand-painted tiles. In addition, this floor has a comfortable bathroom and a terrace with beautiful views, equipped with your comfort in mind: from the fireplace to the most complete kitchen equipment and an underfloor air conditioning system using aerothermal energy, providing heat in winter and cold in summer.
