The house, bright and refined, is located on a pretty wooded property, 30 minutes from the lovely town of Mirepoix and 1 hour from Axe-les-Thermes. From the terrace overlooking the garden you have a beautiful view. The garage, converted into a lounge, is equipped with a table soccer and a ping-pong table. A few steps away is the lake, which is an ideal destination for young and old with picnic areas, a pétanque area, a children's playground, a tennis court and a volleyball court. Anglers are allowed to fish here without a license.
