The open kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals at home which you can enjoy at the kitchen counter and high bar stools. The open kitchen is shared with the spacious living room so you can still spend time with your family when you prepare your delicious meals! Relax on the large sofas after a busy day exploring Dubai and watch a movie on the big screen TV. There is also a desk in the living room in case work beckons. In the bedroom you feel calm and relaxed thanks to the soft purple accents. The comfy bed is fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cozy and soft you will struggle getting up in the morning. The bathroom has lots of cupboard space and has Key Views fluffy towels and bathroom grade amenities that will start your day smelling fabulous.
The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and secure on site parking.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
