    Before I begin with money saving tips for travel in iceland based in Reykjavik, it needs to be said that Iceland is not a budget travel destination. It is notoriously one of the most expensive countries in the world. HOWEVER, there are still plenty of ways to save whilst you’re out there and cut down on flights, accommodation costs and even extra phone costs, like getting a travel SIM card.
