Summary: Indicated that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. While I understand that an upgrade was not available (we would have had to move the next morning), I would have hoped they would have offered a much nicer room in our own category than the one we got. We received an accessible room where the toilet was too high for comfort, the bathroom flooded every time we showered and the layout was different than any of the rooms showcased online. I was told the hotel was full so I didn’t bring it up again until checkout (and the very sketchy internet access) and was promised a manager would reach out. It has been several days now and I have yet to hear anything back. Service was very good as far as restaurant recommendations and reservations were concerned but this was very disappointing.
