The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.this timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours for missing keys or leaving them inside the accommodations. it is necessary for the guest to collect new keys from our office, no trash should be left on the property on the day of departure. guests are required to remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged, guests must register under spanish law (royal decree 933/2021, of october 26). an online check-in link will be sent to all guests shortly before their arrival date.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. after full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
