Hidden in the beautiful Axarquia mountain range, up a windy road, with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean ocean & surroundings, this modernized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in the campo is located 10 minutes south of the village of Sayalonga.
The villa has an extensive pool area on which to lounge, a refreshing pool, an outdoor kitchen, a tiki hut & a separate shady area with an arbor and a breeze amongst the olive trees to socialize or read a book.
Cool down in the pool with outdoor shower. Relax on one of the many sun loungers.
Villa Críalo sits in a unique location with amazing south and south-west views. Bring your camera, pull out the oil paints, spot the birds, or just enjoy the way the sun and shadows play on the hills.
The home has air conditioning and 4 new quiet ceiling fans to circulate the air. The gated property offers high speed internet with WIFI and satellite TV.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fan, oven dishwasher and microwave, The hot water is ön demand”. There is a front loading washing machine electric dryer outside in the exterior kitchen although clothes dry in minutes when hung.
There are 3 bedrooms to choose from. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. If you want to get away and have your own private space, there is an upper nook in the villa with a loveseat, TV, desk and card table with chairs. which you can relax in and surf the internet!
If you prefer, there is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a BBQ where you can prepare your meals and snacks!
The surrounding hills are planted with olive and almond trees as well as cacti and succulents. You will also see an occasional fig or mango tree
Villa Críalo is a 20 minute drive to the beach of Algarrobo Costa, 15 minute drive to the closest golf course and a 30 minute drive to the picturesque town of Nerja. The nearest city is Velez-Malaga which is about a 30 minute drive. Villa Críalo is just less than 60 minutes from Malaga (AGP) airport.
All of this makes Villa Críalo the perfect getaway for friends and families.
We want you to be fully aware that our home is located in the mountains. The road to get to our villa is sometimes narrow, mostly concrete and occasionally on the edge. If you are extremely nervous about mountain roads and don't feel comfortable driving along narrow, partly cement, partly gravel roads, unfortunately this may not be the villa for you. That said, most of the better villas in the mountains are accessed by similar roads. We love our home but do realize that to some, it may be a challenge to get there. Take it slow and easy then reap the rewards of the spectacular setting & views with which we fell in love.
Upon your arrival, we offer a complimentary meet and greet service in Sayalonga. A local will guide you to Villa Críalo and introduce you to the property. This adds a comfort level by not having to worry about getting there. We are confident you will have a wonderful experience.

Private access to the villa is through an electric gate. Once through the gate, the home is completely private with breath taking views. Guests will have access to the whole home as well as the swimming pool, gardens, terraces and the chill-out area under the arbor amongst the olive trees.
