Casa Mayor is located just a 30-minute drive from the airport and Palma, in Dalt de Sa Rapita on Mallorca’s south coast. This quiet area is close to the sandy beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Ses Salinas (1,900 m, about 6 minutes by bike). The south-facing natural stone villa offers a heated private pool and a large, secluded property. Sun loungers, a large parasol, a solar shower, as well as a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas grill are available. The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, is equipped with two loungers and a lounge set, offering views toward Es Trenc beach.
The spacious living room (50 sqm) is newly furnished. The house features high-speed internet, Smart TVs (65", 50", 27") and a soundbar.
