SPECTACULAR RENT VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 12 guests.
DISTRIBUTION: This large modern house is distributed over two floors connected by an external staircase. On the ground floor we have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite. The living room is very spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas and a beautiful fireplace in the middle of the gas room. The American kitchen is fully equipped, with a large island where we can have breakfast and watch television. The upper floor has four bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms, two with a shower and the other with a hydromassage bathtub. We will find two bathrooms en suite. Finally, on this floor we have a terrace with open views and from where we can see the Golf Club.
EXTERIOR: The 1000 square metres plot is distributed into several levels. The pool is located behind the villa and there is a basketball basket to be enjoyed by young and older guests. On one side of the pool we find the summer kitchen with a refrigerator and a bar with stools. There are also outdoor furniture to eat or relax by the pond. On the other side of the pool, there is another artificial turf relax area with sunbeds perfect for sunbaths. There is enough space in the property to park several cars.
SITUATION: The property is located in a well-known and quiet area, San Jaime where the Ifach Golf Club is located. All services such as supermarket, bank, pharmacy and the Mediterranean Sea are about 5 minute drive away.
