The 200 m² vacation home extends over 2 floors and impresses guests with its elegant furnishings as well as its exclusive location, surrounded by banana trees, orchards and fruit trees. The finca consists of a cozy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and can therefore accommodate 9 people. The outdoor area boasts a large garden, a sun terrace, a terrace with an awning and seating, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The rocky beach Playa de San Juan (3.6 km) and Playa el Bullo, a remote beach with black sand, typical of Tenerife, (3.9 km) invite you to swim. The golf course "La Rosaleda" is located in the immediate vicinity.
