Situated just next to a restored windmill from the 17th century, and exclusively powered with solar energy, this full-of-character house offers splendid views on the untouched surroundings. No neighbours in sight, no noise apart from the soft whisper of the wind in the great poplar's leaves, you are alone with nature. However, you are in the heart of the Quercy Blanc, an area full of life where you can enjoy outdoor markets, fine food, and visit medieval villages. 10km from Montcuq village.
THE PROPERTY
The property is composed of two independant spaces : the main house and a dependency. The two spaces being separate, this rental is ideal for two couples or a family with children old enough to spleep away from their parents. It is also perfect for a two people romantic getaway.
Because the power is 100% solar and also because the aim is to disconnect a little from the modern world, the equipments are limited to the essentials : gas cooker, little gas fridge (60 liters), hot shower powered with gas, no television, no wifi (but a perfect 4G reception), no washing machine (you can do your laundry in the laundry room of the village or by hand...!).
The solar power is intended mainly for lighting and charging phones. It has to be used with moderation. In case of shortage of sun, or overuse, supplemental lights and candles are available... For the greatest pleasure of romance and adventure lovers !

Among them, Cahors (35km) and it's 14th century bridge, and 25 km after, Saint-Cirq -Lapopie, one of the most beautiful villages in France, spectacularly perched on the top of the cliff.
