Negative: The house apartment is good and good location too, I stay there because it's near to Hospitals as my daughter admitted there. But the guy who took the deposits did not give the deposit back. He is not at the table. He promised to give back once I check out and said at 5pm, will bank in to my account. In booking.com, explain that deposits in cash will be given back once check out. I also check my email but nothing from luxe colony by Guai Sai. My unit is Room 12B, Floor 20, Block A. checked out on 6 Jan 26. He even asked me to make full payment, but I told him I had pay online. He has no information at all. The system of getting keys is complcated and not friendly. Other places a lot simpler,.

Summary: The house apartment is good but the issue of getting deposits back are scam.
