Positive: The pools were nice Cocktails tasted really good Hotel was immaculately clean All staff were pleasant especially the older guy on the bar. Great location Never had a problem with sunbeds

Negative: We arrived early but we were told we couldn't use the facilities or get any drinks or food until we checked in when the room was ready. So we put our cases in the room with computer server in and went out for a drink. About an hour later we were called to say our rooms were ready. What annoyed us is that when we were leaving a couple were given a pass to get drinks and food as they were also early. Paying for cocktails on an all inclusive, how's this even possible? Not enough things there to entertain, should have a pool table or table tennis.

Summary: Nice place and great location but sadly wouldn't visit again
