This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is located within a peaceful, gate community with 24-hour security. It features outstanding panoramic views of the golf greens, mountains and sea. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms with a king-size bed and two twin beds, as well as a large terrace with dining, and a lounging area —ideal for sunset views.
The community offers access to 3 pools, including a children’s pool with sun loungers and shaded areas.
Inside, the apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, perfect air conditioning/heating, ultra comfort beds and luxury linen and towels. A very well equipped kitchen is available for your use. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
One free and private communal underground parking spaces are included. Plenty of outdoor parking within the community for guests too.

The clubhouse is just a 7-minute walk away with a playground, gym/classes, sauna, Turkish baths, and thermal beds as well as a cafe and a fabulous restaurant with excellent food.
The beach is a 1-mile or a 25 minute walk to the well-loved beach restaurant, La Sal Chiringuito. The walk to the beach is via an elevated green pathway with exotic plants as well as amenities such as a playground, basketball & football courts, bike park, dog park and plenty of picnic tables!
Supermarkets are nearby, 4 minute drive.
The main area for restaurants is Duquesa Port, 6 minute drive, and Estepona, 9 minute drive.
