The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, family size pool (7mx4m), 4 outdoor terraces with wonderful views. It is very private, not overlooked and is set in its own 10,000m2 of a variety of fruit and olive trees. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest village, Melegis, with 2 restaurants and 1 small village cafe/bar.
