Positive: The hotel was beautiful, calm, serene and lovely staff, especially the cleaners and some receptionist. Some restaurant staff were also nice, not all though as I got some derogatory remarks from one of them. I also have to give it up to the animation guys! The made the stay worth it with all the fun activities and professional engagement with guests. For the rooms, the were a good size, furnitures were okay it was really great having a fridge with complimentary drinks in the room. I loved the balcony and the view too. Also loved the pool but such a shame we couldn’t get into it as it was too cold.

Negative: The bathrooms could really really do with an upgrade. I say this because the cleaning staff try their best to clean as best as they could but the bathroom structure is just too outdated. We had a foul smell coming out of ours at all times and the window doesn’t open. Other than that, the property was superb. The kitchen could also do with more varieties for food
