A modernised and tastefully decorated apartment, self contained (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), with its own entrance on the lower level of a large family home.
The spacious apartment has lounge/dining areas, a very modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washing machine, microwave cooker and halogen hob, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and two bathrooms. One king size double bedded room and one twin bedded room. En suite to double bedroom and adjacent shower room to twin room. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. The twin room and lounge overlook the garden, the dining room/kitchen and double bedroom both have doors opening to the poolside. Washing machine. Satellite television with a range of British channels. DVD player and lots of films available to borrow. It is possible to sleep another child/youngster on a portable bed or cot at no extra charge.
The separate en-suite room has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, Satellite TV with British channels, dvd player, tea and coffee making facilities and a spacious shower room, double doors lead to the pool side and access to the apartment..
There is a lovely courtyard garden to the rear of the apartment.
In addition is a lawned garden to the rear of the villa and a terraced garden with fruit trees to the front.
The apartment is approached either by a pedestrian gate which leads to a flight of stairs down to the garden or via the drive gate (there is room for 1 car on the drive), there is then a side gate to enter at the pool level.

Whilst we would recommend hiring a car, the nearest bar and restaurant is by the golf course only 5 mins walk. The nearest supermarket takes about 10-15 mins to walk to and there are also several bars and restaurants, bank and a chemist. Moraira itself is less than 10mins in the car and less than 30 mins to walk. Taxis back are under 10 euros.
