Summary: The hotel is lovely and staff are warm and welcoming. There is a pool on the roof which is great for a dip in the heat and a larger pool downstairs which was also great and never too crowded. We used the spa frequently and were delighted to find its use was free as we had booked a suite. We invested in a suite for this holiday as we were celebrating a special anniversary. Although the suite was spacious and comfortable, the way it was laid out with large wooden shutters separating the bedroom and sitting room that couldn't be moved made the bedroom dark with no window of its own.
