This newly built country house with own pool and Wi-Fi access is located on a 30 hectare private estate with shared entrance between Can Picafort and Santa Margarita, approximately 5 kilometres from the beautiful, long and wide sandy beach and the centre of Can Picafort with its numerous bars, restaurants, entertainment and shopping options. On the ground floor of the country house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. All rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace, pool and garden. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with terrace and sea views as well as nice views to the mountains and the surroundings. In Can Picafort there is a small harbour surrounded by bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful long promenade with numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options.
