Bright room, overlooking a small terrace in a house completely redone 3 years ago. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 8 minutes from the train station and the city center. In addition to its ideal location, the house is bright with high ceilings.

The house has a large living room with kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. This room leads directly onto the terrace.
The bedroom is spacious, equipped with a 160x200 bed with quality mattress and mattress topper. A large closet will allow you to store all your belongings.
