Pretty ground floor apartment with lovely terrace and private garden on a small, well looked after complex right on the beach in Mojacar, Almeria, Andalusia.
This is a beautifully furnished, large south facing apartment with views to the communal pool and gardens, and its own very private garden bordered with mature plants and shrubs.
The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, the master looking out to the terrace and the other 2 looking out to the communal walkway at rear of the apartment. 2 of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are 2 modern family bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath. A hallway leads from the front door, past the 2 bedrooms and into a central hallway with a storage cupboard that houses the hot water heater. To the left is a modern kitchen, fully fitted and equipped with a window looking out to a side passage between this apartment and the neighbouring one for natural light.
The lounge - dining room is bright and airy with patio doors leading out to the terrace of 15m2. The outlook is green and leafy and very pretty. There is a fireplace for the winter months and as the property is south facing it gets the warming winter sun. There is a built in BBQ on the terrace and plenty of room for 4 sunloungers in the private garden. A gates leads straight from here to the communal gardens with the guitar shaped pool.
Access to the apartment is to the rear of the urbanisation and there is residential parking for the owners on the beach side of the complex. It is just 10 metres from the beach, in a quiet residential area. There is AC (hot and cold air) in all the rooms.
