We welcome you to our beautiful Spanish villa situated in the picturesque Mediterranean coastal resort of Moraira.
The villa is set within the safe and secluded complex of Moraira Sport, which has well-maintained gardens, 2 swimming pools (one with poolside loos and showers), a padel tennis court, a woodland exercise area and a lift to the upper garden areas. On entering the villa’s grounds, you are greeted with a sunny front garden planted with lavender, rosemary, an olive tree and enough parking space for two cars.
The light and airy downstairs area has beautiful marble flooring and an open plan design…..perfect for larger family groups. The comfortable lounge has 3 modern sofas, a TV, a CD player and IPod player, a log burning stove, CDs and books. Two large patio doors lead out on to a furnished terrace and enclosed garden overlooking the pool area. The dining area can seat eight people or you could choose to use the barbecue and dine at the outdoor seating area. The modern kitchen is equipped for family needs - with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
There is an outside utility area leading off the kitchen to cater for your laundry needs including a washing machine, sink and clothes line/airers.
The lovely marble staircase leads to a good sized landing area, with four double bedrooms and a family shower room. 3 bedrooms have king sized beds and large built-in wardrobes, and 1 has twin beds. Two bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite bathroom) have a first floor terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The other two face the tennis court and woodland area.
The villa is great for younger children as the garden gates can be closed and secured, with a high chair and travel cot provided if needed. The villa has air-conditioning and WIFI.
