Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Great space for working. Excellent Wi-Fi and equipped with everything you need for long stays. Comfortable bed and right in the city center.

Negative: The "private" outdoors space is, in reality, shared with other neighbors (they use it to open and close their windows) and gives access to the street behind the building. The gate and the bars could gain so much more with a little more privacy (e.g., by using plants or a net), so guests could use this area for working, eating, etc.

Summary: Very good, but could improve the private area
