Positive: Pyramids view is amazing, great mango juice at the hotel, friendly staff, can pay with card for the hotel and tours.

Negative: If you order dinner at the hotel, they get it delivered from elsewhere so it takes up to an hour and often arrives barely warm. If you want to eat out you need to get taxi to go out. Camels and horses are kept outside on the street so there is noise from the streets. Rooms are not as new anymore as seen in photos.

Summary: Great view and staff but need better food & less noise
