Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: • The location is prime and extremely convenient. • The price is very reasonable considering the size and the area. • It’s located inside a very cool fragrance store, which was actually the reason I wanted to visit in the first place.

Negative: • The lighting in the room was very dim. • There was a lack of communication and clear instructions from the staff (e.g., no signs or info on heater, WiFi, room facilities). • The full-body mirror was placed under the stairs, so the light source was completely blocked. • The room still had a noticeable under-construction smell. • Upon entering, the toilet bowl had a brownish/yellowish tint, not pee, but likely mop water or cleaning residue. Still, a hotel toilet must be spotless. • There’s a store (the one I mentioned) below, and on the day we checked in, the staff were having a meeting until 2am and it was quite loud.

Summary: Decent but certainly a lot of room for improvement
