The apartment is located on the first floor, tastefully furnished, with a kitchen, laundry-gallery, spacious living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower tray). It has a huge terrace (25 m2) facing North with views of the pool and its landscaped surroundings. From here, you can directly access the pool area by going down seven steps. This residential complex is 120 metres from the sand, located in the central area where you can find all types of services. Includes parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
