Positive: The location is on the most quiet spot in Luxor Westbank with beautiful view on agricultural lands. Just 15 minutes walk to very nice restaurants and the Nile. The owners are doing their utmost best to make things nice and comfortable for their guests. Try their home made cooking for diner. We were with a group of women friends. The staff was in such a respect towards us as women that they didn't even dare to enter the rooms for cleaning. You have to specifically ask.
