Positive: The place is very nice and quiet. From the balcony you can see the sea. I have to explain that the grade is only given without the unpleasant and somewhat shocking experience we had. Otherwise the grade would have been 1.

Negative: The description is not really what it sounds like: the apartment has 1 bedroom and the small one is only for children because the wall doesn't go from one side to the other. There is some space left and practically an adult cannot sleep there. The barbecue you see in the pictures isn't allowed in this area and the neighbours call the police if you want to barbecue. In summer, because of the heath, it is not allowed to have a barbecue, not even in the open and specially organised areas. We also weren't allowed to use the swimming pool because the owners are in debt to the local community. The price they want for a night in this apartment is extremely high. Our traumatic experience was that after 3 days there, one day from 9am we had no water. Neither hot nor cold. At 36 degrees outside it's a challenge not to have water when you come back from the beach and the neighbours tell you that you won't even have any because the owners haven't paid the bills and that there's an info board where you can see that (and that it's very possible that the bank will take us out because the owners very often have problems with bank debts). Long story short...no water, the owners offered to pay us back for that night (after calling Booking as no one picked up the phone) as we had no water (the lady paid us after we reminded her...and we got the price for that night without Booking's commission). I can really understand that people have financial problems, but I am on holiday, I was there to relax, not to wash myself with mineral water from a bottle, or to pour mineral water down the toilet. I suggest that Booking should check more carefully those who want to offer accommodation on their website.
