Magnificent design villa of 1,000 m2 to enjoy with your family and friends your garden with barbecue, kiosk-bar and large pool, in a quiet place just 5 km from the center of Granada. Its location next to Monachil places it 10 minutes from the Alhambra and Generalife, the Nevada Shopping Center and the Science Park / Museum. Just 5 minutes from the house is the Sierra Nevada Natural Park for hiking, climbing and cycling. The Villa is 20 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and 40 minutes from the beach.
We have equipped the house with all the comforts and the best qualities and domotized facilities to improve the experience of our guests during their stay. The house has high speed Wifi Network in all rooms including gardens and pool area.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 kitchens, and can accommodate 11 people with the possibility of extending up to 15 people. The rooms are equipped with television, independent air conditioning (hot / cold), as well as a stock of pillows of different firmness, sheets, blankets and bath towels.
We also have 2 rooms with a fireplace of 60m2 each, with 52-inch television with multimedia sound bar, video game console, pool table and multiple table games, so that all our guests can sit down to eat together or enjoy a movie, football game or throw a game of pool in the living area. You can serve the buffet breakfast on the island of our open concept kitchen-living room and prepare dinner in the kitchen next to the porch. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, iron, kettle and utensils. We have laundry with washers and dryer for long stays.
GARDEN-OUTDOOR AREA
In the outside area there is a beautiful Granada garden with fruit trees, palm trees and pine trees over 20 meters high. A large 50m2 pool with water slide and solarium with sun loungers. A kiosk-bar with three bars where you can serve all kinds of drinks and snacks, and a large barbecue. In the picnic area, there is a 30m2 pergola set up as an outdoor dining room and chillout area where you can relax and enjoy the garden, as well as the 50m2 porch where you can spend good moments of talk, games and fun.
-CHILDREN'S LEISURE AREA-
The children's leisure area has approximately 300m2 where young and old can enjoy soccer goal with ball, a giant chess, trampoline, a giant playhouse and ping-pong table.
