The free panoramic view into the valley from the roof terrace is magnificent! The complex consists of two houses, which are connected by the pool area and each has its own entrance to the street. For groups of 7 or 8 guests we open both houses. Groups of up to six people use the large house alone (the small one then remains unrented).
> Absolute privacy!
Even if you only occupy the main house, the small house remains unrented during that time. You always have the entire complex with pool and roof terrace all to yourself! In addition, the pool (6 x 2.5 meters) offers you absolute privacy and remains pleasantly cool even at high outside temperatures.
> Top equipment
In the big house there are three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms (one of them en suite accessible through a bedroom), the big kitchen, the living and dining room. In the small house there is one bedroom, a small living and dining area, a galley kitchen and a private bathroom.
In the large kitchen you will find a gas stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee makers (capsule and "French Press"), microwave, and cookware/dishes/cutlery. Store your wine in the wine refrigerator and enjoy it at the perfect temperature. There is also a washing machine on site. Other amenities include a fireplace and linens, towels and pool towels. And of course, you can use the wi-fi at no extra cost during your stay.

We have placed great emphasis on high quality materials. The houses are tastefully furnished and were rebuilt a few years ago in traditional Andalusian style. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The property is located in a charming old village at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. There are fountains with wonderfully refreshing mountain water that you can drink.
> Nature, sea and culture
Absolute tranquility and a fantastic view, proximity to cities and beaches: By car you can make trips in a very relaxed way. In 30 minutes you are in the center of Granada. In 45 minutes to unspoiled beaches like Playa Rijana east of Motril. To the beaches at the edge of the natural park "Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama", a snorkeling and diving paradise, you drive 60 minutes. Directly behind the house you can take a walk along orange and lemon groves, or a short hike through the "Barranco de Luna". Almería and Malaga are also worth a day trip.
> IMPORTANT INFORMATION - please make sure to read!
Please note two things before you book:
1. You can park in the parking lot at the top of the village and walk about 5 minutes (downhill) to Casa Buena Vista. Experienced drivers can also park further down in the village and drive through the very narrow streets (!) up to about 100 meters to the house. Upon arrival in the village you will of course be personally welcomed and shown the way to the accommodation!
2. the beds have "traditional" sizes:
- 1. room on the first floor, large house: a bed 1.80 x 1.30 meters.
- 2. room on the second floor, big house: two beds, each 1.80 x 1.00 meter
- 3. room on the second floor, big house: one bed 1.90 x 1.30 meter
- 4th room on the 2nd floor, small house: One bed, 1.85 x 1.35 meters
We purchased the accommodation in the spring of 2023, use it partly ourselves and are new to the "rental market". Therefore, the object does not yet have a rating. Feel free to write us your questions or suggestions!
