Positive: It is a nice house. Comfy bed Nice sofa Nice terrace Felt safe if you did not look outside. Great for us and the dogs if it not been for various snags we encountered

Negative: It was unfortunate ,no water to later at night. It was not very clean,surfaces needed wiping ,the terrace was very dusty.without water and no cloth to wipe ,we had to go out again to buy water.the property had Windows’s but we could not open them ,as it was caked in dirt from the winter rains.so it was very warm inside. One air condition in the hallway worked ,the one in the bedroom did not.the view outside is not nice ,it is wasteland . In the corner of the garden was a lot discarded items and also a bin which reeked terrible.

Summary: If the problems be sorted it’s a nice place and we would stay again.
